Directions: Upon waking, brush and floss your teeth. Hold the two ends of the cleaner in both hands. The tongue should be gently scraped from back to front - three times in the middle and three times on each side. Spit out any saliva and debris that has accumulated, and rinse.

Over time, copper can naturally tarnish. This tarnish is not harmful to your mouth. A simple way to remove the tarnish is to rub the tongue cleaner with a cut lemon and some salt, then rinse and polish with a cloth.
